Extruder cooler for Sovol SV06 plus

A stronger extruder cooling fan for printing high temperature filament.  It uses a 4020 12v fan.   The LM2596 board converts the extruder fan power source (24v) back down to 12v.  The same 12v can also be used for powering the LED light strip.  The LM2596 is housing within the fan duct so it get a constant cooling.  Note that the both 12v fan and LED strip can be run at higher voltage.  Personally, I am using a 12v fan and 24v LED strip @ 16v.  You will need to run a test to see what works for your setup.

Connection:  Take extruder fan 24v from the toolhead PCB , connect thru the hole on the top of the LM2596 slate.   The connection from LM2596 to the fan are all within the fan duct.
