Jewlery Casting System for Metal

This casting system as two main components, a:

• Pouring Basin (reusable)
• Mold Blank (for customization)

The resin used is a high heat tolerance resin specifically designed for metal casting called ThermaCast by Monocure3D.  You CAN NOT use “normal” resin or FDM.  Don't even try it (I have, it does not work!) :)

The system allows you to subtract your 3D item from the face of the Mold Blank, that when printed is held by the Pouring Basin.  You can then cast low/med temp alloy metals (up to 500c) into the assembled mold.
