VKB Gladiator NXT J-Pein HOTAS Desk Mount

A single piece, support-free plate for mounting the VKB Gladiator NXT to a J-Pein HOTAS desk mount. This is less finicky than the original metal support bars that come with the mount, with holes customized for the Gladiator NXT's base, and less washers/screws needed.
