I am sharing with you my project of another guy ring for www.DX-WIRE.de 10m heavy-duty 2013 mast. There are various *.3mf files available for diameters as measured on the mast I got from dx-wire, I hope they are consistent among the product.
If you find diameters not being accurate - you are still able to regenerate fully customized elements from parametrized Fusion 360 project I am sharing here. If for a reason you are not able to generate it - ask your friend to do so; or if you are desperate - ping me to include it here.
In general my target was to simplify the project and make it as general as possible. So the most value here is in the Fusion 360 project.
DX-wire offers guyrings on their website but it is much more convenient (quicker, faster, cheaper) to print them by yourself.

Making
I found printing with nozzle 0.6mm quite acceptable so I am attaching it in such the way. I printed my elements in draft mode and there look well enough.
PLA seems to be enough for occasional usage. For permanent installation consider using PET or ABS.
