This is a door seal to help keep your XL enclosure up to temperature when printing engineering plastics, intended to be printed in TPU.
There is also an optional heat shield that covers most of the TPU on the inside to protect it from heat, except for the extremities near the edges. This should be printed in something heat resistant like polycarbonate or PA6.
There are four versions of the TPU seal:
You will need to replace the M4 screws with M4x16 ones with washers ideally to fit the extra 4mm used up by the model on the inside and outside. If you are using the heat shield you will need two M4x12 screws to replace the uppermost screws.
Note the shorter pieces of the heat shield have tiny supports to remove from the ends that mate with the central part. Remember that the handle is not connected to the frame and it will fall off when you remove the screws if you are not careful.
If you enclose your printer too much and run it too hot, you may cause damage that may not be covered under warranty. Monitor the temperature and do not let it get too hot.
