Double Helical Gear Mod on BFI (Beefy Front Idler)
It has been modified based on Diyshift's BFI Gears user mode

I made it to deliver better torque and prevent it from being twisted than normal gear
The single-helical gear was found to cause thrust and become twisted, making it double-helical
In my experience, it's very stable

The tolerance between gears is not large
You need a well-calibrated printer
Printers with 0.1 to 0.2 mm tolerances

Seamline guide are modeled to prevent eccentricity
Make sure to arrange the seam there

The cover is about 0.5mm thinner than the original bfi
Use washers to reduce wear and tear

The explanation may be strange due to the use of a translator.🥲
