Use with Boscoyo's Pixel Snap/Push Pliers 2.1: https://boscoyostudio.com/products/pixel-snap-push-pliers-2-1
The 3mf file has my preferred orientations and organic supports enabled. The force on it is mostly compression so I think PLA won't have any issues in the long run, but it won't hurt to print in something tougher.
Use an M4 12mm (or longer) socket head screw and nut to attach to the forked side of the pliers.
The pliers are a hand made tool with inconsistent bends and alignment so this probably won't fit perfectly. I have multiple sets and the fit is less clean on some, but they have all worked for me, YMMV.
