Ikea Fly Tying Lamp Holder

This is a ikea lamp holder for a fly tying vice. In the image a Norvise is used: https://www.nor-vise.com/vises.html but any vice should work.

I appears that ikea no longer sells this particular model and newer models use a different method of attachment. So this model is only useful if you can get or still have an old model ikea flexible lamp. A Jansjo or similar. You also need a (I believe it was M4) bolt and nut and a washer ring. Something soft to protect the vice from being damaged by the bolt is also really recommended.
