Amiga Action Replay 3 Replica - Case

This is a Amiga Action Replay 3 cartridge case that I have designed for use with the replica project by Nicola Avanzi. I tried to stay as close to the original cartridge design as possible, but had to make some concessions to get the model to print cleanly without any supports.

For printers with multi-material systems, there is a version that includes printable labels.

In addition to the printed parts, you'll need the following:

• 4x M3 threaded inserts (I use these)
• 4x M3x10 screws (I use black nylon screws)

Depending on your choice of parts (buttons, switches, potentiometers), you may need different hole sizes. Therefore, I have included the STEP files so that you can make adjustments in the CAD tool of your choice.

I have also included the potentiometer knob I designed for use with my boards. This is specific to the RM065 potentiometers I use.

Be sure to bend both electrolytic capacitors down so that they lie flat on the board. You need a low profile to be able to close the case. Pay special attention to C1, it must be bent to the left, otherwise it will interfere with a fin on the top shell. Please refer to this picture:
