Easier Fitting Mamiya 645 Super Pro TL Crank (PETG)

PETG Supported. The original didn't fit on my 645 Super Crank due to keyhole slots being too narrow, so I widened them.

Credits to NiGauBech for original model :)

I wanted to print in PETG for hot environments without damage. However, the keyhole shaped guide rails no longer fit from the original model.

This version widens the keyhole rails and still be held on by the steel pegs on the camera.

I also lowered the center stem portion by 2mm to make it sit flush with the camera.
Additionally, my M2 screw heads were wider than on the model, so those were widened on the crank handle and super crank.

Parts needed:

  • 1x M2x12
  • 1x M2x8

Optional Part:

  • All-purpose Lubricant - Apply 2 drops at the bottom, at the crevice of the “stem” of the rotating piece. Much smoother and satisfying operation - Highly recommended!

Printed on Prusa MK3S, 0.2mm Quality and 0.4mm nozzle.
