Like many other AnkerMake M5 owners, I had the rubber band that supports the underbed cable fail. I tried Mikes GGWP's printable support, but found that it took a decent amount of support and interfered with the spiggytech Accessory Bins that I had already installed. So I took inspiration from Mikes GGWP's model and recreated the geometry so that it didn't require as much support and would comfortably clear my bins, while still providing a good alignment guide for the PEI sheets.
The PEI alignment guides are optional, and I can't confirm they will work with all bins, but they do well with the ones I have.
I recommend increasing the number of walls, especially for the PEI guides, but its not necessary to go to 100% infill unless you want to.
I printed the whole thing with PETG, and have not had any issues with heat deflection. It may be possible to use PLA for the cable support, but I just printed the whole thing in one go. The attached 3MF also adds debossed letters to both PEI guides.
