This is a mount I made to allow a PolyDryer Drybox to be affixed to the side of the Bambu X1C. Since I use the AMS Riser V2 by maCyo42, I took advantage of the mounting points he placed in his design to hold the mount. It even accommodates the gasket feet so you don't need to remove them! STEP file included so you can adjust as needed.
I chose to have the actual mount points higher on the model to reduce the torque on the mount itself (keep them closer to the center of gravity). This is better for strength, but not as simple for printing as it has them floating above the build plate. You will need a minor amount of supports under the mounting points. Very simple to remove.
I made it in PLA for fit testing initially, final version was made in PCTG with ~6 walls or so. That being said, the 2 wall PLA version did still work with a 0.5kg of PA6-GF in the drybox. Couldn't speak to long term durability, but seemed relatively strong.
“Is it backwards??”
Yes, because PolyMaker put the exit port for the filament on the front face of the box, which I need to face backwards (hence my orientation in my design). If you don't like that, I included mirror versions of the model. the Left (L) version is the one pictured.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
