Sanding surface

This tool will give you a stabil sufrace to sand prints on by draging your prints over it to eliminate small amounts of warping and small amount of remaning support, glue preparing , and give your fit and finish that extra pro part feel.

The size will cover up to 115mm (4.5") wide sand paper and the only parts you will need to buy are self adheseve 10x2mm silicone rubber feet found almost everywhere like these listed here.

I have printed mine as following

0,4 Nozzle and 0.2 layer height

Surface = PLA 6 walls top and bottom 25% cubic infill  

Bolts = PETG Solid = 25 walls  

Clamps = PETG 6 walls top and bottom 25% cubic infill
