This is a simple tool for producing nice, uniform lengths of wool or yarn for latch hook crafting.
Simply wrap the wool in a spiral around the cylindrical end, and then slide a pair of scissors down the channel to cut the wool into a lot of pieces, all of which will be the same length. The diameter of the cylinder is 1 inch, so the pieces will be approximately 3.14 inches long, or about 8cm.
