This is a tested model of a flushed Slug Nut and Wheel Center Cover for the Tesla CyberTruck. It is used to protect and cover the nut ports and the center hole for a flushed finish.

This print was made in the Prusa XL using PC Prusament. Dimension accuracy tested in actual cybertruck (Cyberbeast/Foundation).

MATERIAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
Beware if you print in PLA that UV decoloration/deformation can be an issue with sun/elements exposure. I recommend that you use at least PETG but preferably ASA/ABS for its high temperature and UV resistance. PC (which I used because I had it available) might be better than PETG but not better than ASA/ABS for the use case.  Try tu use ASA which is simpler to print than ABS

PRINT RECOMMENDATIONS:

Print with the flat side facing the printer bed. No support required. The nut covers are better printed with 100% infill to prevent the walls from being shown in the cap. No brim or anything special required. In terms of layer height it should make no difference since we are only seeing the first face. So pay better attention to have a nice first layer than to the layer height settings. A printer with a load cell level sensor would work better than a PINDA for example.
