A relatively simple case for the Vaporesso XROS Pro vape. Having used this brand for an extended period of time, I know that the USB port can get worn out/damaged pretty quickly. When I switched to this device, I opted to pickup some magnetic USB C cables to use for charging.
Included here are two model files. One for using the magnetic cables linked above and another for using a standard USB C cable.
The case itself is 1 mm thick which is enough to keep the device from getting beat up from regular use and low height drops, but without holding too much heat making it too hot while charging. The bottom portion of the case for the magnetic charger is 3.5 mm thick to let the magnetic adapter be inset. Due to the front side bulging out, this is only designed to go about 5/7s up. The fit is about 98% accurate which is good enough for the amount of effort I'm willing to put into this.
Printing:
I printed these with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and back aligned seam. I did all my initial test printing using a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.3 mm layer height with no issues.
Installation:
The unlock pin does interfere with sliding the case on. You have two options here. Full send and just bump the case from the bottom over the pin OR remove the pin, slide the case on, and re-install it.
Removing the pin is pretty simple. Just stick something under it and pry up. It's friction fit and not too tight so doesn't require much effort.

Slide the case on and push the pin back in the hole.
