Tomei inspired shiftknob

I really like my Tomei Shiftknob but for some reason they don't offer the large one in the correct thread for old Toyotas (M12x1.25) so I made my own. Also made an M10x1.25 because why not. I suggest printing them oriented as-is (hole at the bottom) with external and internal brim for maximum bed adhesion.
