Hello I created some Toolheads for the Creality Cr-200b. These Parts function already pretty well and are installed already on my Cr-200b for longtime testing. I redesigned the original head almost identical to keep it simple and i wanted to safe weight on the x and y axis for smoother and easier movements. And also wanted to install a direct drive on the Toolhead.
Partcooling fan is a 4020 Radial fan. And this here is a fanholder for the simple tool head.

To use a directdrive Extruder on the three toolheads you need a V6 Hotend fitting and screw it into the top of the part. Then you can clamp a lot of extrudes on it for example bmg clones or the creality e-fit extruder. Here some examples:
Redrex Dual Drive Extruder Amazon.de
E-Fit Direkt-Extruder Kit (creality.com)
If you modify the .step files its possible to install other extruders as well there is enough space.
I use the e-fit extruder because I had one laying around . Dont forget we are limited with the max height of the extruder with the top panel on. If you leave it of there should be no problem. I cant verify it on other extruders.
If you want to use the direct drive option with other stepper motors and the stock marlin software from creality like i did there are two options:
Option 1:
You need to create a txt file namend "estep"with the following commands.
M502
M92 E456.405
M500M502 is to clear the eeprom on the mainboard
M92 E…….. is to set your e-steps for the extruder
M500 safe to eeprom.
Safe and now rename the estep.txt file and delete the .txt and rename it to estep.gcode. Keep the gcode on your sd-card and start it once if should be finished after 10sec. And keep the gcode on the sd card becuase the mainboard looses the e-steps sometime.
Option 2:
If you want to go completly safe put the commands in your start gcode and your safe and dont need the file on the sd-card. But you should not forget if you use a diffrent slicer you must put it there also if not the extruder wont work correctly.
And a small reminder please reduce your current on the extruder stepper potentiometer to 1.0 Volts. Even with the stock motor. If you keep it on 1.4 Volts the extruder motors will get hot.
Printing:
You dont need to cut or drill anything with these Parts they should be plug and play if printed correctly and without too much shrinking. (ABS/ASA)
The Parts are designed to be easy printable. Use 0.2 layer height, 4 walls , 5 top and bottom with 30~40% Infill. You sould be able to get these parts to function with 20% Infill aswell because the stock marlin settings do not allow much accel.
You should get some m3 heatset inserts and m3 screws for the toolhead to mount the side plate or/and the bl/cr-touch easily/ or the fan mount
