I've seen various star wars crests and sigils, but nothing for the boys in blue.

I made these with the intention of printing them after scaling down with the slicer and using a 0.25mm nozzle. The STLs are much larger so these can be printed with the regular 0.4mm nozzle.

To get results like mine in the photos:

Nozzle: 0.25mm

Layer height: 0.15mm

Z axis resize: 3mm

Infill:0% (doesn't matter)

Perimeters: 1000 (just fill it)

Finally, add a color change at about layer 25 (gcodes include the filament change.)
