Creality K1 Max Carbon Aktivkohle Filter

K1 Max Aktivkohlefilter mit großem Aktivkohlefilter von Bos*h (R2537) und jetzt NEU BOSCH (1 987 435 557) RAV4
 

Um den Geruch beim Drucken von ABS loszuwerden Habe ich diesen Filter konstruiert, der nahezu 100% der Gerüche beim ABS drucken aus der Luft filtert.

Druckmaterial: PLA 5% Infill @ 220C/60C für die Teile:

Rohrbogen.3mf

KastenU.3mf (mit Standardsupport Drucken auf die Oberseite mit dem großen Loch gedreht)

KastenO.3mf ( mit der Wabenstruktur auf das Druckbett gedreht)

Druckmaterial: TPU 15% Infill @ 230C/60C für die Teile:

Flansch1.3mf (mit der Öffnung nach oben Drucken)

Flansch2.3mf (mit dem Vierkant nach unten Drucken)

4 X Klemmring.3mf (mit der Fase nach oben)

Alles mit dem Orca geslict.

Der Filter ist ein Standard PKW Filter der Marke Bos*h mit der Nummer R2537 Preis ca.8EUR bei Ama**n bzw. Eb*y

To eliminate the smell when printing ABS, I designed this filter, which filters almost 100% of odors from the air during ABS printing.

Printing Material: PLA 5% infill @ 220°C/60°C for the following parts:

Rohrbogen.3mf

KastenU.3mf (print with standard supports, turned so that the top with the large hole faces upwards)

KastenO.3mf (with the honeycomb structure facing the print bed)

Printing Material: TPU 15% infill @ 230°C/60°C for the following parts:

Flansch1.3mf (print with the opening facing upwards)

Flansch2.3mf (print with the square part facing downwards)

4 x Klemmring.3mf (print with the chamfer facing upwards)

Everything was sliced using the Orca slicer.

The filter is a standard car filter from Bosch with the number R2537, priced at around 8 EUR on Ama**n or Eb*y.
