Panasonic charger EY0L11 wall mount

A wall mount for a Panasonic EY0L11 charger that, for some reason, isn't wall mountable as standard. The mount is split into two files for easier printing, a baseplate and the clamping band that goes over the battery charger. No supports are required.

The mount is available in two versions: One for screw-in wall mounting and one for holes matching a 37 mm CC pegboard with square 9x9 mm holes. The clamp band needs to be a very tight fit over the battery (pressing it into the baseplate) or the charger will move (flexing the mount) when the battery is removed.

All files for the new version are called “v2”. The models in the pictures were both printed in black PETG on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height.

Old version

The old version is still available but it's probably worse in all aspects. That one was split into three files: “band1”, “band2” and “band34”. band34 goes into the hollow feet from behind and needs to be printed in duplicate. No supports are required. There is an stl file that renders a complete model of all parts put together, “panasonic-charger-mount-complete.stl".

Bands 1 and 2 can be superglued together along the side for a better fit. Next, the two copies of band34 are put on top of bands 1 and 2, respectively, and a screw is put through both bands  when mounting.

The model in the pictures was printed in black PETG on a Bambu X1C using a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height. There are some heat artifacts and a better print can be achieved by spending some time in the slicer.
