Tesa Power Kit-Adapter BK43-2 is a great product, so you can attach items on the tile, without drilling in it, and can hold up to 5 kg each, and can be easily removed.

I've designed a simple cover, so the adapter can be hided, and used for everything you want.

Tested with PLA and 100% infill.
