Tool mount and dust shoe for the Makita 700 series palm router and a 70mm OD or less vac hose.

PETG or better if you are concerned with heat. PLA works for most routers, some new ones seem to be hotter than the old ones though.

Best to print both parts at the same time to assure a good fit, they easily fit on a 200x200 bed.

Use 2 walls or less so the overhangs print right. 

The TPU part is best near a 0.35mm layer height, one wall. 95a durometer works great.

The TPU bristles are available for purchase if you do not want to get a whole roll for such a small print.

*** Cura does not seem to play nice so make sure the overhangs on the small part look okay before printing.
