E3D's ToolChanger - Adjustable Cleaning Brush

Add automatic brush height adjustment to your Motion System & ToolChanger!

A motorised adjustable brush for the wiping and cleaning of nozzles during tool changes. If you would like dual adjustable brushes (why wouldn't you?) print a set of mirrored parts and order double the hardware!

Plug into any of the spare motor controllers on the Duex5. Remember to configure the firmware. They will need to be setup for stall detection during homing.

Required Hardware.

1 x 100mm TR8 Leadscrew NEMA17 Stepper Motor & Nut (afflink).
1 x 110mm MGN12 Linear Rail (afflink).
1 x MGN12C Carriage Block (afflink).
1 x Brass Brush - White Handle (afflink).
6 x M3 18mm Socket Cap Screws (afflink).
4 x M4 12mm Socket Cap Screws (afflink).
4 x M4 Washers (afflink).
4 x M3 8mm Socket Cap Screws (afflink).
3 x M3 10mm Socket Cap Screws (afflink).
2 x M3 3mm Nylon Spacers (afflink).
1 x M3 3mm Socket Head Grub Screw (afflink).
1 x Paper Clip (afflink).
