Round Lithopane Lamp Base 100mm dia

Dies ist eine Lampenbasis für ein Säulenlithopane mit 100mm Durchmesser

Als Beleuchtung wird eine 12V 2W G4 LED genommen.

• Spiegelfolie, zugeschnitten mit den DXF Files für die Deckelinnenseite und die Zwischenboden Oberseite

1. Lithopane drucken:
   Erstelle ein Lithopane z.b. mit https://itslitho.com mit einem Durchmesser von 100mm und folgenden Optionen:
   
    
2. den Rest drucken
   - Deckel und Boden in beliebiger Farbe drucken
   - LED Halter je nach Höhe des Lithopanes drucken und Zwichendecke in Weiß, damit das Streulicht nicht farbig ist
   - Diffusor in weiß drucken
   - Schattenring in dunkler Farbe
   - andere Teile  beliebig
    
3. Schalter einsetzen und mit den Litzen des G4 Sockels sowie der DC Buchse verbinden
   
   Eventuell beim Kippschalter noch die Manschette dazwischensetzen, damit es einen sauberen Abschluss hat.
    
4. Spiegelfolie anhand der DXF Vorlagen plotten/ausscheiden und in die Deckelinnenseite und auf die Oberseite des Zwischenbodens kleben, damit möglichst viel Licht reflektiert wird.
    
5. der Diffuror kann genutzt werden um das Licht weicher zu verteilen und der Schattenring kann die Lichtverteilung im unteren Bereich verändern
    
6. alles zusammenbauen … fertig :-)

• 2x M3x20 screws to attach the G4 socket
• cables and cable connectors
• Mirror foil cut with the DXF files for the inside of the lid and the upper side of the intermediate floor

1. printing lithopanes:
   Create a Lithopane e.g. with https://itslitho.com with a diameter of 100mm and the following options: (see picture above)
    
2. print the rest
   - print top and bottom in any color
   - print the LED holder depending on the height of the lithopane and the false ceiling in white so that the scattered light is not colored
   - print diffuser in white
   - schattenring in dark color
   - other parts  arbitrary
    
3. insert the switch and connect it to the strands of the G4 socket and the DC socket
   (see picture above)
   Possibly put the cuff in between the toggle switch so that it has a clean finish.
    
4. plot/cut out the mirror foil using the DXF templates and stick it on the inside of the lid and on the top of the intermediate shelf so that as much light as possible is reflected.
    
5. the diffuser can be used to spread the light more softly and the shadow ring (Schattenring.stl) can change the light distribution in the lower area
    
6. assemble everything ... done :-)
