MiniDSP UMIK-1 Headrest Holder

This design holds the MiniDSP UMIK-1 (or similar microphone) about ear level at the headrest.  It utilizes the holder and tripod that comes with the mic to hold it in place.  Simply place the tripod through the hole and open the legs out to clamp the mic securely in place.
