Included here are 6 different accessories I designed for use with KobraVR's MagLock Ultra, MagLock Pro, Vyper, and Wolverine DMR gunstocks. These are all purely cosmetic and serve no purpose in improving the function of KobraVR's gunstocks.  Some of these accessories, the Holo Sight and Telescopic sight in particular, can occlude your front hand controller causing temporary losses in tracking, so just be aware of that if you choose to add these accessories to your stock(s).

There's a lot of different .stl's here, but I've tried to keep them all grouped together as to what goes with what.  I've also included videos for orienting and slicing all the models to help you as well.

Accessories included here are a Holo Sight, Telescopic Sight (which is meant to be used in tandem with the Holo Sight), Laser Sight, Tactical Light, Front Sight Post and Side Picatinny Rails (aka Barrel Trim). There are 2 different Barrel Trim files, the one labeled Short Barrel Trim is only compatible with KobraVR's short barrel gun stocks, i.e. the MagLock Ultra and the Vyper. The one labeled Long Barrel Trim is for their longer barreled gun stocks like the Wolverine DMR and Mag-Lock Pro.

I own a Bambu Lab P1S and typically print with eSun PLA+ primarily using the default settings in Bambu Studio.  As for print settings I have changed…

Sparse Infill Pattern: Rectilinear

Notes:

  1. I did have to paint in some support manually for the Holo Sight as the way I have chosen to orient it for printing is with the round battery compartment down on the build plate. This is shown in the video included here for the Holo Sight.
  2. The ‘Reflector’ part of the Tactical Light needs to be glued into the ‘Tactical Light Front’ part. My favorite glue to use for this is E6000.
  3. The threaded parts on the Tactical Light and the Tactical Laser are designed to fit together snuggly and may be very difficult to thread together the first time. It may require repeated tightening and loosening the first time to break in the threads. Each time you tighten them they'll go a little further until they finally tighten all the way down. In the last video on this post I demonstrate this as well as a way to use clamps to help exipedite the process.

Additional hardware you'll need for these accessories are as follows…

Holo Sight: (1) M4 X 30mm screw (imperial equivalent = #8-32 X 1-¼") to secure sight to stock.

Telescopic Sight: (1) M4 X 30mm screw (imperial equivalent = #8-32 X 1-¼") to secure sight to stock and (1) M3 X 20mm screw for the sight hinge.

Tactical Light: (1) M4 X 30mm screw (imperial equivalent = #8-32 X 1-¼") to secure the light to the stock and (2) M3 X 12mm screws to secure both halves of the picatinny mounting bracket together.

Barrel Trim (both Mag-Lock Ultra and Wolverine DMR): (2) M3 X 35mm

Tactical Laser: (1) M4 X 30mm screw (imperial equivalent = #8-32 X 1-¼") to secure the laser to the stock

Front Sight Post: None

For help with orienting the parts for printing as well as the print and support settings I used here are some videos for all the different accessories I hope you'll find useful. Cheers!
