Salad spinner knob for Migros / Rotho

Remixed from @CaptainC to fit Migros / Rotho salad spinner:

It's my first try with Blender, so please excuse some imprecisions or other mistakes. Main goal achieved: it works! 😉

• Slightly increased shaft diameter to ~9.5mm
• shaft height to ~19.2mm
• added snap fit cone
• longer cutout for flexibility
• flattened snap fit head
• inner case height to ~18.2mm
