Baofeng better knob

My Baofeng UV-5R knob recently broke, so I decided to make a new one that is more ergonomic and durable.

The new version has ribbed surface for better grip, better markings (that could be filled with colored enamel paint ;) ) and far more durable.

It fits the UV-5R, but it probably fits other baofengs as well (and maybe other brands?).

On my printer (Modified Ender 3) it resulted in a perfect fit, if yours does not or need a slightly different size let me know.
