Badge & RSA Token Holder

There are lots of badge holder models out there, but none had the source available for easy flexibility and configuration. Also, badge holders printed in PLA or PETG break easily, so I wanted a design that was optimized for light weight and TPU printing.

Models are provided for holding 2 badges and either 2 or three RSA tokens. The source was designed to be modified to accommodate different numbers of cards or different token number and placement. 

The 2 token model will print in any material and with standard supports. The 3 token model really only works with TPU, because of the need to bend it to insert or extract  the tokens. Also, supports need to strike a balance between being easy to remove while still allowing proper bridging, so I provided a 3mf file with painted on supports that work pretty well on my setup.
