K40 Laser table mount

Mounts for table for K40 CO2 chinese laser. I used it to attach aluminium plate to the laser chasis.

For connecting together you will need M6 screws and nuts and M4 screws for connecting aluminium plate and holders.

Slovak: Uchytky pre vymenu "stola"na cinskom laseri K40. Ako stol som pouzil hlinikovu platnicku na ktoru som prisroboval stycnikove dosky (pouzivaju sa pri vyrobe vaznikovych krovov, kupite v lepsich domaci hpotrebach alebo spojovacom materiale). Platnicka je potrebna aby sa stycnikove dosky vyrovnali pretoze z vyroby mozu byt trochu krive. Do dosky som narezal zavity M3 a dosky pripevnil skrutkami aby sa vyrovnali.

I printed it only from perimeters (set perimeters count to 999) and I used ASA but material depends on you.

Post-Printing

Step 1

Print 3 hooks and 3 holders and insert M6 screws.

Step 2

Glue M6 nuts into holders for better manipulation and attach holders to base plate (for example aluminium plate - I used 5mm plate)

Step 3

Mount hooks on the laser rails and connect it with base plate.
