PDF

With more than 400 flexible bristles, this backscratcher always manages to relieve that annoying itch.

Printing:

The bristles (tooth parts) can be printed in PLA or PETG. With PETG they will be more flexible and do their work more gently. Use tree support for the Handle Parts!

Assembly:

Place Tooth A and Tooth B alternately as a package over the 3 axles. Place this complete package in the Handle part 1a and then place Handle part 1b over it*. Use the pins for alignment. Secure the parts by gluing. Mount the Handle parts 2a and 2b in the same way. Finally, mount the two parts together with the tapered alignment and also secure these by gluing.

* If the package of the toothparts is too wide to fit between the handle parts, just remove 1 of the toothparts. This can happen if the printed thickness of the toothparts is more than the designed 1.2mm, by stacking this is multiplied by 19!
