Waschbecken-Dichtung

A seal for my Bathroom sink. The plug is a removable metal and plastics item that is up, when the drain is open and down when the drain is closed.

The original seal was old an dlo longer a tight fit.

Dimensions:

• the seal sits on an inner diameter of 25mm
• the diameter of the drain opening is ca 40mm
• the outer diameter of the plugs metal cap is 40mm

• the space for the seal is 7mm high Printed in TPU. No infill needed. No support needed, if oirented so that the lip is near the print bed.

  Note that the inside at the 25mm diameter is intentionally hollowed out. This was done as TPU is typically less flexible than the original rubber seal, and it would be very hard to squeeze it into place of the seal were solid.

  Orient the lip near the plug head. You may need to cook the seal in hot water to make it more flexible for mounting.
