This STL model is a custom design that combines elements from two excellent Thingiverse models. The base is inspired by the VESA mount from this model by u881013, and the adjustable arms are adapted from this design by hansj66. All credit goes to these talented creators for their original designs, which can be found in the provided links.

Printing Recommendations:

  • Base: It is not necessary to print the base with 100% infill, as it does not bear heavy loads. 20-30% infill should be sufficient.
  • Ball joint and Monitor base screw: These parts should be printed with 100% infill to ensure strength and durability.

Assembly Instructions:

  • The part that attaches to the monitor is designed to be secured with double-sided tape for easy installation.
  • Before sticking it to the back of the monitor, find the center and if your idea is to put it next to your laptop, I recommend that you first check the height where the bottom of both screens continues horizontally and mark with a pencil the location where you are going to stick the disk.
  • The Ball joint is fastened to the base with M3 x15 and should be printed with supports. (Creality print project file with supports is included in the zip file)
  • Without supports, it would need to be heated and forced into position, which could cause warping or damage. (But yeah! its possible).

Also, an apology for the quality of the photos where you can see the model being used on a 17" Arzopa monitor.

Happy printing!

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Basically they are the same model, just use the Creality slicer to cut and paste both models and add test models like the disk that makes larger the surface that should be glued to the back of the monitor.
