The Teknic ClearCore motion controller has a JTAG debug port on the PCB, but it isn't accessible without removing the cover. This replacement cover has an opening for the debugging cable to attach without leaving the entire board exposed.
NOTE: the cable is very difficult to attach and remove, and there isn't enough space to make an opening large enough for that. I recommend attaching the cable and then threading it through the opening and installing the cover. Detaching it will require removing the cover again, but at least the board isn't exposed while you're working with it.
The STEP file has separate components for the case itself and the light pipes that allow the LEDs to be visible from the outside. This is best printed on a multi-material printer, with clear filament for the light pipes and whatever you like for the body.
I have also included a DXF file with some graphics that can be laser-marked on the plastic to label all of the connectors. I have gotten good results with a 20W fiber laser at 4000mm/s, 10% power, 40KHz, with 5-10 passes. This bleaches the color out of dark plastics without burning them.
