XOL2 Chop Topped filament cutter for Orviter V2

I was looking for a filament cutter to work with my XOL2 tool head with Orbiter V2 and Rapido V2.  I really want something compact and clean-looking.

This has not been tested yet.  I ordered the #19 blades from Aliexpress.  We will see how this works out when they arrive. I also still need to play with the spring tension.  I think the pressure on the toolhead and steppers might be fierce.

I took the original design and inferred the design aspects into the XOL2 orbiter extruder mount. The Orbiter I use already has a filament sensor, so I omitted it from my design in contrast to the OG design wich includes a filament sensor.
