Voron 2.4 / Trident Tophat Connector and Panel Seal 2020

This is a complete set to put a tophat on any printer that uses 2020 extrusions.

You will find the connector, this is the part that actually connects the tophat to the frame, it is 5cm high, you will need 2x M5 Screws for each, mine were 16mm long.

After Mounting the tophat and installing the acrylic panels you may notice that there is a gap, thats what the Seals are for, you can press fit or screw them into the extrusions and apply foam tape to them or the acrylic panel.

Also there are modified clips to secure the original acryl panels and the new tophat panels.

I just reused the original Panel and Corner Clips from the V2.4, i also used hinges for the front panel and Filament latches.

• 4x 2020 extrusions 470mm long
• 4x 2020 extrusions 200mm long
• 4 Acryl Panels 483x237mm
