Cart handle latch

My wife's little red cart handle latch broke, and she was using a strap wrapped around it to keep it closed up. So I redrew it, a little beefier than the original and attached it. A little tighter fit, but it won't go anywhere when latched in.

I used M4x25 bolts to attach. They stick out just a bit towards the handle, but it doesn't seem to prevent the handle from seating properly.
