Auto-Charging Laptop Dock

Do you use your laptop in bed?

Is your desk not only right next to your bed, but made out of a solid sheet of wood?

Are you a fan of how the Nintendo Switch dock system works?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, I have a product for you!

This is an auto-charging laptop dock, meaning that you can slide your laptop right in and it'll plug in just like a Nintendo Switch.

The charging piece is custom fitted to my laptop charger, which is a LG Gram I got from South Korea, so this may not fit your charger as snugly. However, there is a solution to make this fit any charger:

1. Take a lighter and heat up the charging bracket
2. Carefully slide your charger in, making sure to form the plastic to the charger

3. Pour cool water on the plastic so it forms in place Now it's ready to go! I used #8x1-3/4" screws for this, but you may benefit from using longer screws.
