A 1.75 mm thick by 13 mm high spacer that is designed to perfectly fit around the bottom of a 100 g camping gas bottle when carried in a 750 ml Toaks titanium cup, preventing it from rattling and damaging the inside of your cup. You could of course just keep something useful around it, such as some paper towel or some cloth, but if you want to 3d print something then try this out.
Since the point of carrying this stove is to be very light weight, the spacer is designed to use as little plastic as possible (but you could probably optimize it even more). Since PLA is quite heavy, this was printed in OBC Polyethylene filament (a light weight, flexible and fatigue resistant plastic) using only 1 wall and 15% gyroid infill. The infill is required to keep the walls from collapsing. You probably want random seam position to avoid a giant inner seam in one place.
The outer diameter is 93.5 mm and the inner diameter is 90 mm exactly which, using somewhat flexible filament, fits snugly around my gas bottle.
The slicer specs the weight at 4.6 grams.
