Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro Lid Riser

Raises the clear lid so that the filament feeder tube doesn't drag on it. Will still seal on the lid's original seal

I've remixed this from the original one-piece model I found and sectioned into 4 pieces, 2 pieces per plate, this lid riser for the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro. Without the riser, the filament tube rubs on the clear plastic lid. I had printed the existing adaptation I found on here, as well as the 4 piece design by the original designer, both left me wanting a little more.

This piece sits down in the recessed opening on top of the 5M Pro, and the lid fits into this (the same as with the other models). I found the other remix on here to be too tight side to side, I literally had to shave the recessed portion of it to fit down into my printer. I also wasn't satisfied with the dowel pin assembly. While it was too tight for me side to side, it was extremely loose front to back, and the recessed portion of the lid riser did not set down on the 5M Pro's gasket.

I remixed making it taller to where this riser sets simultaneously on the gasket and the top of the printer opening. I didn't not use dowel pins to align it, rather I use a snap fit which seems to snap together and stay together better, no glue necessary. Not only have I printed this file on my P1S in Bambu PLA Basic Blue, as shown in the photos, I used the same file in Orca Slicer and printed it on my Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro using Sunlu Plus Silk silk. I found slight tolerance difference when printed from both machines using different materials. The one printed from the P1S was an exact fit, the one from the 5M Pro was just a tick smaller.

I'm including a photo showing how the recessed portion of my remix (Silver silk) is deeper than the current remix found on here (Green PETG HF).

To remove lid, push up gentle from the underside to create a slight bow to remove from slots.

As a bonus, if you've printed one of the contour formed tool holders for the 5M Pro that hangs over the side, it still fits, hanging flush down the side (photo attached).

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Printable on two plates, snaps together.  Made deeper to sit on the seal that is under the factory lid.  A little taller where the lid sits for a bit more clearance to the feeder tube.
