Streamlight stylus series lights are tough as nails and just keeps working after years of abuse in the daily routine. After a few years you will notice the rubber beginning to deteriorate and eventually your button will be susceptible to moisture and dust intrusion. Replacement caps costs big money when we already have a 3d printer lying around so I didnt event look at prices. I just grabbed my calipers and opened onshape and in around 5 minutes you have what your looking at here. I truly hope my design helps someone in need as much as it helped me and many of my coworkers rejuvenate our $100+ flashlights. I recommend printing in small layer heights of around 0.18 and using a 0.6mm nozzle to get desired stiffness with the stiff button( also prevents it turning on in your pocket). The thin button is untested so please comment what worked best for you! Thanks for looking and happy printing!
