Saw this post on Reddit and could not find an STL for it so I quickly modeled one up on CAD. Credit should go to the original creator for the idea and I hope they share their design.

Collar designed with recessed screw holes for mounting as needed.

This is a work in progress but I think it should be viable for print and use. Will try it out this weekend if time permits.
