Kirkland Baby Wipes Holder/Frame - Thicker Walls

This holder/frame allows you to insert one package (100 wipes) of Costco's Kirkland brand baby wipes. 

The front of the frame is contoured to fit the plastic lid on the wipes while holding the rest of the package in place. This allows you to easily pull at the wipes without needing to hold the package; a necessity when changing a baby.

This model is a remix of the original on Thangs (see link). I found that the walls were too thin at 2mm, which led to the frame snapping if too much force is applied. This remixed model has 4mm thick walls and reinforced corners. 

For my installation, I used 3M Velcro strips to attach the wipes holder to the shelf. This provides enough strength to hold the frame in place.

Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Perimeters: 4
• Infill 30%, any pattern
• No supports needed

Notes

1. Repair the model before printing; there seems to be some phantom geometry present. 
2. Rotate the model so the bottom is on the build plate, eliminating the need for supports.

This version has thicker front and back walls and more reinforced corners. When using the original one, I encountered issues where the front would snap if one were to pull too hard.
