This printable model provides a detailed and practical solution for constructing a portable, telescoping LED light mast. The components and materials required are as follows:

Components and Materials:

• 20W 12V LED COB: A high-efficiency light source for optimal brightness.

• LGA775 CPU Cooler: Serves as an effective heat sink for the LED.

• 6m Telescoping Fishing Rod: Acts as the light mast; remove the first segment to route the cable through.

• Fishing Rod Holder/Stand: Provides stable support for the light mast.

• PWM Dimmer Case (Printable): A custom 3D-printed case for housing the dimmer control.

• 15m 1.5mm² or AWG 16 Two-Wire Cable: Supplies power to the LED.

• Watertight 2-Pole Connector: Ensures a secure and waterproof connection between the lamp and the pole.

• Power Plugs: To connect to the power source.

• Thermal Compound: For efficient heat transfer between the LED and CPU cooler.

• Screws and Nuts (M3): Fasteners for assembly.

• MS Polymer or PU Panel Glue: Adhesive for durable construction.

• 1m 8mm Steel Rod: Serves as a ground spike for stability.

• Epoxy Adhesive: Used to secure the steel rod in place.

• Short Paracord (0.5m): For added tension or securing components.
