Prusa MK4 & MK4S Zwangsbelueftung / Forced ventilation

Hier noch eine Zwangsbelüftung für die Elektronik des MK4 / MK4S als Zubehör für mein Druckergehäuse. Die Idee ist die nicht außerhalb platzierbare Elektronik, beim Drucken mit Zusatzheizung im Gehäuse, vor Überhitzung ui schützen.

Ihr findet ein Modell für einen MK4 und ein Modell für einen MK4S Drucker. Hier Unterscheiden sich die Abdeckungen. Alle anderen Teile sind für beide Druckermodelle die gleichen.

Das Ganze funktioniert mit den 24V die bereits im Drucker vorhanden sind. Über einen Temperatursensor überwacht wird mittels zwei Ventilatoren die Elektronik be- und entlüftet.

Gedruckt wurde der Ganze Satz aus PETG.

Als Schlauch wurde noch vorhandener Staubsaugerschlauch mit Außendurchmesser 38mm verwendet.

Here is a forced ventilation for the electronics of the MK4 / MK4S as an accessory for my printer housing. The idea is to protect the electronics, which cannot be placed outside, from overheating when printing with additional heating in the housing.

You can find a model for an MK4 and a model for an MK4S printer. The covers are different here. All other parts are the same for both printer models.

The whole thing works with the 24V that is already in the printer. The electronics are ventilated and de-aerated using two fans, monitored by a temperature sensor.

The whole set was printed from PETG.

An existing vacuum cleaner hose with an outer diameter of 38mm was used as the hose.
