Maxwell MP1000 Vacuum Cleaner Hose Adapter - Multiple Sizes

This 3D-printable adapter is designed for the Maxwell MP1000 vacuum cleaner, allowing the use of hoses of different sizes. It supports outer diameters of 32 mm, 35 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm, with corresponding inner diameters to ensure a secure fit to most available sizes of vaccuum cleaner hoses and other hoses available at the hardware store. I used it to connect a short hose to my cyclonic filter where I then use the original vacccuum hose to connect on the other side of the filter

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, ABS, PETG (PLA is the stiffest and easiest to print but if you forsee pulling on the hose a lot a more impact resistant material could be beneficial)
• Infill: >30% (if possible print solid)
• Nozzle Size: >0.4 mm ( Ive tired with both 0.4mm and 0.6mm)
• Recommended wall thickness: >2mm
• Supports: None required

Usage:

1. Print the adapter size you need and the locking strip
2. Take the locking strip and push it into the blue marked slot in the cross section view with the teeth outwards
3. Glue the loocking strip using CA-glue and let it cure
4. Push the hose into the green marked slot in the cross section view and glue it if necessary for a hermetic seal 
5. Attach the appropriate end to the Maxwell MP1000 vacuum cleaner
6. Enjoy seamless hose connections
