Pill Bottle Sorting Tray

After looking for a convenient way of sorting my hardware and small electronic components I came up with this to sort directly into old pill vials. This tray is designed to take both 200cc and 120cc screw top pill canisters. I have a continuous supply of these and and they are my go-to container for saving small parts but needed a simple way of accomplishing this. Until I designed this that is! Unfortunately, I missed the contest deadline but decided to list it anyway.

This is simple straight forward design that you simply screw up to eight (8) pill vials into the tray and sort directly into the containers. When sorting is complete or the bottle is full, simply unscrew it put the cap on it and stick a label on the container. Sorting problem resolved!

I had a bunch of left over White PLA so that is what I used for mine. It also helps with the visibility of the parts you are sorting. You can use whatever filament you have on hand depending on your preference

Here are the settings that I used:

• .20 mm layer height
• .4 mm nozzle
• 20% infill
• Rafts: No
• Supports: Yes / Organic
• 2 perimeter
• 4 Layers top and bottom

Note: The STL file is in the correct orientation. This file was designed to be printed on my Prusa MK3S check to make sure your build plate is sufficiently large to print this item.
