A parametric version of a decora/leviton style screwless face plate for light switches. Can be configured for 1 to 6 gangs in width.
Each cover is made in 2 pieces. A base plate that is screwed into the switches which provides both alignment and stability for the cover; and a face plate that slides over the base with a hook at the top and a couple of fins used to provide a friction fit. It does not use clips as those can be kind of a pain to print in a reliable way.
You'll need 6-32 screws at least ¼" in length to screw the base plate into the switches.
The plates in the pictures were slightly customized before I printed them to embed icons into them. I'd have included those, except the licensing for the icons doesn't allow it, so that'll be up to you if you wanted to go that way. (but since you have the original F3D drawing, you could do it too.)
Tested printing 1, 2, and 3 gang plates using Bambu Labs PLA Basic Jade White. (the grey was Overture PLA).
