Mellanox ConnectX-2 CX312A Full Length PCIe Bracket Shield
Needed one of these as I only got a short depth one with mine, and I wanted it to match the Supermicro vents.

Description
PDFPrints face down, then whilst still warm bend the end to make the “L” shape for a standard bracket.
There is a relief in the model that helps with bending to the correct shape.
